Property search
Here are a few great tools to help you find a suitable property as well as stay on top of the local real estate market…
IMPORTANT: If you are not yet using tools like the following (to the fullest extent possible), it’s likely that your competition is…and that could put you at a competitive disadvantage!)
Start searching for property now! Option 1
This option leads to my Listingbook.com web page. To get started with this new and exciting service, simply use the “SEARCH LIKE AN AGENT! GET A FREE LISTINGBOOK ACCOUNT” new user registration form that you’ll see when you get to this services web page. (Try it! It’s easy and the update reports are quite good)
Note: This option isn’t the best for those who want to stay on top of the condo or co-op market (Use options 2 & 3 instead)
Start searching for property now! Option 2
This option leads to my Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty “Property Portfolio” service.
Start searching for property now! Option 3
Option 3 may be worth the extra effort on your part. This option requires that I create a custom buyer/seller profile for you in the Westchester-Putnam Multiple Listing Services automatic market update system (You can’t do this one on your own). This option is more robust in some ways, and less so in others when compared to the previous 2 options. To get started, simply let me know (phone, email, voice mail) that you want to get set up on the MLS’s Automatic Market Update service and what you are looking for (location, price range and other basic and not so basic search criteria). When I receive your request, I’ll set you up on this powerful system! (TIP: If you want lots of property details, this options is best. Please don’t hesitate to express your interest in gaining access to this great tool!)
Which option is best for you? Unfortunately, I can’t say for sure (probably #3). I encourage all my customers and clients to try them all! (Important tip: Make sure you use the same search criteria at all search engines. If you don’t, you’ll likely receive different search results from each service. Additionally, if you change your search criteria at one service, you should update the others as well. If you don’t keep your property search criteria synchronized between the different services, they’ll likely provide you with differing results.
After trying the above services, if you decide that you prefer one service or don’t like another, you can simply cancel your accounts with the one(s) you no longer wish to use.
If you have a particular want/need and can’t seem to create a custom search that addresses the issue, please feel free to contact me. Maybe I can think of some other way your search can be structured to help you obtain better results.
I look forward to hearing from you!
